Developed and maintains art production and creative advancement of the environmental and character work. Working to further Management’s vision of it's online 3d product. Deals hands on with concept, prototypes and production when necessary, while also maintaining a high level support of a small studio team direct reports. Coordinates with Engineering and assists in tools and pipeline development. Plans and works with Producer to establish schedules, budget and applies internal team members and external outsource strengths to appropriate tasks.

Ultima Online (7 titles and expansions) Responsible for a variety of 2 & 3d Character and Environment work, UI & Concept art. Dealt wtih just about every graphical aspect of the games and different game engines. More recently spent time overseeing Chinese Contractors establishing concepts, templates, quality control and final integration. Used a lot of 3dsMax, Photoshop and Mudbox.

Character and Environments: Modeled and Rigged Avatars for a fully customizable morphing character system (similar to StarWars Galaxy's avatars). Also created architecture, plants, vechicels and items. The Client - US Army Research and Development Command (RDECOM) A study in Next-Gen Prototype MMOGs for asymmetrical warfare training.
